Easy tender minced lamb or beef with onions, herbs and spices.
Stuff you will need
- 500g minced lamb or beef
- 1 medium onion
- 1tps ginger, grated or paste
- 1tps garlic paste
Method
- Peal onion and grate into a bowl, squeeze as much liquid out of the onions.
- Add the meat, ginger, garlic and QURRY SPICES.
- Combine all ingredients together to make a ball.
- Using skewers roll out 4 – 5 kebabs
- Place under pre heated grill and turn occasionally until browned, approximaelty 20 mins until cooked through.
