Easy tender minced lamb or beef with onions, herbs and spices.

 

Stuff you will need

  • 500g minced lamb or beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1tps ginger, grated or paste
  • 1tps garlic paste

Method

  • Peal onion and grate into a bowl, squeeze as much liquid out of the onions.
  • Add the meat, ginger, garlic and QURRY SPICES.
  • Combine all ingredients together to make a ball.
  • Using skewers roll out 4 – 5 kebabs
  • Place under pre heated grill and turn occasionally until browned, approximaelty 20 mins until cooked through.
